attracting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding employees to an organization.

for the company as well as easier than other methods. This can be done in a few
different ways such as
- Through Promotions
- Transferring staff among departments/Subsidiaries
- Re-employment of Ex-employees
Hence the employees are familiar with the organization's practices and procedures, the aforementioned methods are easy to execute, and deployment can be done fast.
Retained Recruiting & Contingency Recruiting
Retained recruiting is when an organization hires a recruiting firm,
the firm is paid a retainer fee upfront and is responsible for finding qualified
and suitable candidates to fill the positions until the position or contract
agreement expires.
The difference from contingency recruiting
is that the recruiting firm is only paid when a candidate is successfully placed
in the position.

vacancies.

helps terminated or laid-off staff to find a suitable job. Outplacement services

skills and mindset is a challenging task for an organization.

Engaging with qualified candidates is also
a challenging task. A candidate who is highly skilled is more valuable and there can
be competition between employers to recruit the same candidate.
Time constraint

and organizations often have tight deadlines to fill open positions. This can
be a challenge when there is a shortage of suitable candidates or when the
hiring team is stretched thin.
Employers Brand
A good employer brand name will lead attract
suitable candidates to the organization. As competition is everywhere, an organization
with a good employment benefits structure and reputed history of human resource
management can attract suitable candidates quickly.
Cost
As the recruitment process takes more cost-consuming steps, such as paying recruitment firms, holding interviews, advertising, and tracking, better to have the process soon and fast. But rushing the recruitment process is not advisable hence there is a possibility to wrong recruitments.
Retention
Employee retention will reduce the tension of the recruitment, hence once a candidate recruits there is a possibility to leave soon after, especially company has to take necessary action and should have a plan to retain and treat newly recruited candidates.
Overall, recruitment is a complex process
that requires careful planning and execution to ensure that organizations
